All the Necessities We want to make traveling as easy as possible for our guests so we provide all the basic necessities for your stay. In the bathrooms, you will find extra rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, feminine products, and blow dryers. The laundry center has detergent, fabric sheets, and stain remover as well as a clothes steamer and iron with an ironing board. The kitchen is stocked with fresh sponges, dish detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags. The kitchen is also stocked with your first night's Keurig Pods, creamer, sugar and sugar substitutes, as well as several sized Ziploc bags, tin foil, and plastic wrap.
Safety Equipment Your safety is our top priority. We don't want anything to happen during your stay but we want you to know that should an issue arise we are prepared. Fully equipped with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, there is a fire extinguisher that is safety checked each year and the condo and building are equipped with fire suppression sprinklers. We also provide a first aid kit and an ample supply of bandages should the need arise.
Easy Keyless Entry Access and entry are through a keyless entry lock. Your unique entry code is generated and sent to you 48hrs prior to arrival. The door locks automatically upon closing.
The minimum Booking Age is 25. Like most hotels and vacation rentals, the primary guests must be 25 years old on the date of booking. This is an insurance requirement and we're sorry but it isn't negotiable.

Walk-To-Ski Spend more time adventuring and less time sitting in traffic or standing in line. The Northwoods Adventure Lodge is directly across the street and just a short walk to the First-TIme Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. Walk to ski and reach that un-tracked powder while others are stuck in traffic or fighting for a parking space! Adjacent to the free bus stop and within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment.
Free Parking Parking is available for one vehicle.
Thoughtfully Stocked Kitchen One of the benefits of a vacation rental is the flexibility it gives you to eat in. If you find yourself wanting to make a home-cooked masterpiece or just a quick breakfast before heading out; you'll find a fully equipped kitchen just like home. From pots and pans to measuring cups and blenders, we promise you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. We even provide a full array of spices, olive oils, and cooking sprays as well as enough coffee, creamer, and sugar to get you through the first couple of days of your adventure stay.
Digital Entertainment Equipped with two smart TVs that allow you to stream your favorite shows while on vacation. There are also Alexa devices that allow for streaming music and local updates. Alexa devices can be turned off if guests choose not to have them active.
Detailed Local Guidebook You'll have access to location-specific guidebooks. Providing all the details on your stay and the local area as well as our favorite local's Adventure spots. You can access the guidebook prior to your arrival and share them with your group to make planning easier.
Heating Stay toasty and warm in the winter This condo is not equipped with airconditioning but does have a freestanding room air conditioner and plenty of fans to keep cool in the summer.

This unit is a smoke-free unit both inside and out. There is no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the unit, on the deck, or in the common areas. There is also no vaping and no cannabis smoking allowed at any time.
