This Park City vacation home is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Newly remodeled with stunning updates throughout. Views of the mountain and walking distance to everything you need. It really is a great location.

Located directly across the parking lot from all of the PCMR base lifts. If your ski legs don't feel like taking you where you want to go, there is a free bus that stops right out front. It's a 15-minute walk to Main Street, if you feel like getting the lactic acid out of those sore muscles. Grocery, ski, liquor stores at your finger tips (2 blocks), you’ll have everything you need within minutes of arriving.

This 2 level condo unit has one bedroom and full bath on the main level. This bedroom is fitted with queen bed and full closet. The second bedroom and full bath is in the upstairs loft area, this is where you will find the king sized bed. The living room also features a sleeper sofa with an memory foam mattress that is very comfortable.

The unit also features a full size kitchen with everything you need to create your favorite meals.

 

The kitchen counter wraps around and will easily fit 6 guests for dining. The kitchen opens up into the living room showcasing a wood burning fireplace with decorative rock and knotty alder trim going all the way to the top of the vaulted ceilings. A 50" TV and sound bar are built into the fireplace mantle. You can easily connect to the sound bar via Bluetooth or your aux port to play your favorite music as you get ready for your day.

The balcony offers unobstructed views of the mountain and municipal golf course, as well as 2 chairs and a table for enjoying a beverage or two as the sun goes down over Pinecone Ridge.

The free bus stops right out the front and will take you just about everywhere fun in Park City. It comes frequently and very user friendly...google maps provides times and routes.

We have an extra cozy space in the loft for reading, relaxing, and escaping. It’s a quiet space if you need some time out.

​

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are located on the first floor for your enjoyment. Winter hours are 4pm to 10pm. Pool closes for maintenance and repairs the day after the season is done (Pool will close on Labor Day long weekend and reopen opening day November 2022).
You will find a T.V in the king room. Also there is free WiFi for your use while you stay.
